Job Description

Task and Responsibilities :

1. Analytics Strategy
• Collaborate with business units to identify key business questions and define analytics goals.
• Develop frameworks for analyzing marketing performance, digital customer journeys, and commercial product outcomes.

2. Platform Implementation
• Oversee the integration of analytics platforms across digital and offline marketing channels, mobile apps, and websites.
• Define tagging requirements and communicate technical specifications to tech teams for implementation. E.g. Clevertap, Google Analytics, Adjust MMP platforms.

3. Data Integration and Reporting
• Combine analytics data with financial, operational, and other data sources to deliver holistic insights.
• Build intuitive reports and dashboards using tools like Redash, Tableau, Superset, or similar platforms.

4. Data Analysis and Insight Generation
• Analyze customer behaviors across offline and online channels, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.

5. Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as a bridge between marketing, technical, and business teams, ensuring alignment on data goals.
• Educate teams on how data is sourced, manipulated, and applied for decision-making.

Requirements :

• 4 – 8 years in marketing or digital analytics.
• Proven experience with mobile app and web analytics, including user behavior and commercial performance.
• Familiarity with online and offline channel analytics (e.g., social media, SEM, CRM campaigns, offline events).
• Background in tech, fintech, e-commerce, or digital-first industries preferred.
• Statistics or mathematics, and data mining proficiency highly preferred
• Proficient in SQL or similar tools for querying and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms like Clevertap, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Redash, Superset, or Tableau or similar platforms.
