Campaign Manager – Jakarta

– Maintain the highest accuracy and standards around campaign setup, reporting and customer
service.
– Traffic campaigns and ads in GrabAd’s proprietary systems.
– Complete campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign.
– Provide campaign screenshots.
– Generate Weekly and End of Campaign reports.
– Respond to daily tickets and tasks in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
– Provide support and coverage to other team members, so that the overall team’s daily tickets and
tasks are responded to in a timely manner, and quality and service standards are maintained.
– Proactive in learning and developing oneself in order to be up to date with new information, constant
changes and to be a well-versed specialist in all aspects of daily operations.
– Not be afraid to challenge the status quo and proactively surface challenges and solutions, and drive
automations, operational efficiency, effectiveness, and service excellence.
– Proactively suggest and drive enhancements to ticketing workflows.
– Participates in projects to improve processes and product capabilities, and that contributes to the
team’s goals.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Ad Operations Team.
Requirements :
– 2+ years of Digital Advertising Operations or Trafficking experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Flexible to work in different Southeast Asian time zones.
– Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
– Outstanding attention to details, organizational and prioritization skills.
– Able to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting.
– Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion to provide exceptional customer service.
– Resilient in the face of adversity, high work volume and constant changes.
– Strong desire to contribute to building a world class operations team that delivers impeccable
accuracy and service to stakeholders.
– Passionate about operational excellence, solving problems, process automation, optimizing workflows,
initiating process, system, and product improvements, and contributing to projects to achieve

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
– Experience using Ad Serving/Publisher/Campaign Monitoring platforms
– PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk or other ticketing system experience.
Contract : 12 Months
Placement : Jakarta (South Quarter)
