Job Description
Task and Responsibilities :
• Responsible for Market Research Solution to Strategic Business Unit Team & Management
• Responsible for managing end-to-end in-house research projects (including impact surveys, IDL, FGD, etc.), from planning, budgeting, managing external field teams. report building, and presentation
• Managing end-to-end external research projects, aligning with external research agency from planning to reporting
• Develop market research plan and methodology (including both of Quantitative/Qualitative research)
• Conduct Questionnaire Development
• Manage and oversee data collection
• Reporting and Analyze Research findings
• Used to Brand Performance Analysis (Retail Audit, Ad Tracking & Brand Health Tracking, etc)
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree of Social Science, Psychology, Marketing, Business, Communication or Any Major
• Minimum 1 year working experience in related Industries.
• Having good knowledge of market research, statistic, and project management.
• Having Critical and Analytical Thinking.
• Having good English skills both oral and written.
• Able to differentiate colors.
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
