Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Lead the team in 3 rotating shifts in the brewering cellar production to achieve planned volumes and qualitsy in accordance with standards and procedures
• Plan and follow up on material stock level to ensure availability for production
• Data analysis on losses and reports, recommend and implement improvement actions
• Propose and execute equipment and process modifications
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities through 5S, ISO, HACCP
Requirements :
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechatronic, Food technology, Chemical Process Technology or equivalent
• Min. 2-3 Years supervisory experience in automated food manufacturing environment
• Knowledge on Chemical/ Food Process and mechanical or instrument
• Familiar with automated production flow process
• Familiar with implementation of 5S, ISO, HACCP
• Having good leadership and problem solving
