Store Manager
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• The Store Manager is responsible for planning and executing store operations strategies to enhance customer experience, achieve sales targets, and maintain cost efficiency. This role involves managing the team, optimizing store performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Requirements :
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality or Culinary is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or 2 years as a Store Supervisor.
• Skilled in managing daily operations, inventory, staffing, and driving sales.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about providing premium service.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a willingness to be placed in the Jakarta area.
