Supply Chain Admin (Odoo) – Jakarta
Job Description
Job Desc :
– Assiting replenishment associates on calculating regular and adhoc replenishment plan, as well as doing order submissions to suppliers
– Coordinate internally with Central Warehouse team, Merchandising team, and externally with suppliers for order inbound scheduling
– Assist the team on generating weekly reports and updates
Requirements :
– Diploma/ Bachelor degree from any majors, preferrably STEM related majors, business, or finance
– Familiar with Microsoft Excel is a must
– Familiar with Google workspace
– Strong attention to details
– Able to communicate effectively with multiple teams
– Familiar with any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferrably Odoo, is a plus
– Familiar with Microsoft Power BI is a plus
Placement : Jakarta
Contracts : 12 Months
