Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Selling all programs & products
• Provide good service for customers through offline (walk-in) and online (Telephone, Email, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp)
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and to the satisfaction of the customers
• Maintaining a database of customers information Generate Sales Leads Resolving Complaints
• Fulfilling Customer Request
• Will be placed at Bandung Area

Requirements :

• Moslem, non-Smoker
• Minimum 2 years experience in Umrah & Hajj Travel
• Strong in administration support for program needs (Visa, SISKOPATUH, etc.)
• Strong personality, polite, charming, professional and service oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken & written English
• Willing to do business trip between city
