Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Client Coordination and Support
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for Umrah travel, including visas, permits, and health certifications
• Logistics and Travel arrangements
• Coordinate with guides, religious scholars (Ustadz), and other personnel involved in the Umrah program
• Communication and coordination between clients, service providers, and internal departments
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided, ensuring high standards are maintained
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including manifest, data entry, filing, and correspondence
Requirements :
• Moslem, non-Smoker
• 2 years experience in Umrah & Hajj Travel
• Strong in administration support for program needs (Visa, SISKOPATUH, etc.)
• Strong personality, polite, charming, professional and service oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken & written English
• Willing to do business trip between city
