Job Description
JALA is looking for HR Intern who is a Psychology student, ideally in their 7th semester or beyond, with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. The role involves identifying and structuring job descriptions, assessing employee competencies, and developing comprehensive competency frameworks across core, managerial, and technical areas. Additionally, the candidate will support HR administrative tasks. Applicants should reside in Yogyakarta and demonstrate strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Identify, compile, and verify company job descriptions in accordance with job roles and work standards
• Identify employee competencies and skills at every level
• Develop a competency framework including core competencies, strategic & managerial competencies, and business & technical competencies
• Support HR administrative processes and activities
Requirements :
• Domiciled in Yogyakarta
• A Psychology student with an interest/focusing in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, minimum in the 7th semester
• Possesses strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
