Accounting Officer – Jakarta
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Process and manage disbursement to partner/vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Reconcile product & manage deposit to partner.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Prepare Journal transaction in SAP System
• Respond to Partner & vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage administrative process on Finance
• Manage Filling Documents.
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Willing to adapt for any quick changes
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Advance in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good in communication skill
• Placement: Jakarta
