Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Monitor, maintain Backup & Replication
• Manage and Monitor Storage (Synology)
• Manage and Monitor Nutanix (Prism, Data Protection)
• Install, Monitor and Troubleshoot Network, Wifi
• Troubleshoot PC and Notebook
• Handling User Issue

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree
• Passive English
• Minimum 5 (Years) of Experience in Managing Information and Support System
• Understand Basic Networking Mobile (Can Be Visitted DC & DRC)
• Availability for on-call Support as needed
• Placement: Jakarta
