Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with department heads/c-levels (especially non field/back office) regarding their MPP needs and budget
• Coordinate with relevant departments to fill out hiring request form
• Responsible for posting vacancies on job portals or partnering with head hunters
• Conduct sourcing & screening of candidates through job portals
• Scheduling HR interviews with prospective candidates
• Update the recruitment process to the hiring manager / related department
• Scheduling user interviews between candidates and users
• Perform background checking of candidates through social media, pefindo, AML, and reference check.
• Responsible for the proposal of offer calculation for candidates and coordinate it with related parties
• Responsible for the agreement letter and documents required by the candidate
• Ensure recruitment reports are updated on the recruitment dashboard regularly in accordance with existing data.
• Handling any other additional project (Recruitment, Employer Branding, etc)

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Psychology/Human Resources/ Business Administration/related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in hiring for Sales team, preferably FMCG/P2P Lending.
• Have an understanding in managing the recruitment process as a whole (Hiring request, Offering etc).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Good analytical skills, critical thinking for screening
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at the same time
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
