Trainer
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and deliver skill-specific training programs.
• Monitor and assess skill development in participants.
• Provide individualized instruction and mentoring to participants,
• Develop learning materials and resources.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars and other events.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Responsible for assessing the individual’s needs and developing a plan of action to help them reach their goals.
• Responsible for ensuring training material is up to date and relevant.
• Develop and review job descriptions, conduct training needs assessments, and develop and implement new training initiatives.
• Extensive/back-to-back travelling based on the schedule provided/set by the Company.
Requirements :
• At least 1 year of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Training & Development or Merchant Account Management.
• Required to travel to other regions of the Client’s Distributor sites within Indonesia according to the onboarding project schedule.
• Wiling to sign 12-month contract and work onsite at Client’s Distributor sites within Indonesia
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Ability to evaluate and improve training programs
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
