Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Define and execute product strategy, aligning with business goals and long-term vision.
• Lead product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to guide product decisions and improvements.
• Optimize team performance and workflows to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Collect and integrate user feedback to enhance product value and customer experience.
• Ensure clear documentation, testing processes, and sprint discipline for development consistency.
• Manage stakeholder communication, keeping teams aligned and informed.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle, driving initiatives with a results-focused approach.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or F&B startups.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, documentation, and testing processes.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and user feedback management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive product development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams.
