Project Management Intern – Jakarta Barat
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the PM team, including organizing project documentation and maintaining records.
• Documentation Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date, properly filed, and easily accessible for the PM team and stakeholders.
• Reporting and Tracking: Assist in the preparation of project status reports, updates, and dashboards. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed of key dates.
• Tool and System Support: Assist in the use and maintenance of project management tools and software, including data entry, updates, and troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements :
• [Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree] in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree for internship roles).
• Prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a project management or related environment, is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, familiar with tech systems.
