Collection Supervisor

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Compile annual collection targets, supervise collection program cash and KPR to achieve predetermined targets.
• Create and evaluate monthly reports based on set targets.
• Coordinate with the sales department for changes in distributed payment orders (SPP) to decrease mortgage and changes in payment from mortgage to cash.
• Verify receipts and warning cards.
• Coordinate with the bank for KPR transactions.
• Sign agreements with consumers for KPR transactions and collection letters to consumers and third parties.

Requirements :

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of collection as supervisor.
