Admin and Service Executive – Jakarta Selatan
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Creating and handling the company’s social media.
• Managing daily administrative activity for the company.
• Creating reports for the management.
• Creating presentations for the client.
• Accompany the director for client meetings.
• Managing secretarial work for directors.
• Maintaining the existing clients.
• Handling booking and arrangements for the director (if needed)
• Helping in doing administrative activities for PT. Apex Nusantara Indo to make sure that the work activities went well
Requirements :
• Have 1-2 years of experience doing administrative work or similar work in multinational company.
• Min. Bachelors Degree from a reputable university.
• Familiar with Excel Formulas, Excel and PPT.
• Must be able to communicate in English well (both spoken & written)
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
