Business Development Executive – Jakarta Selatan

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Leading the recruitment team into handling the open positions.
• Bringing, arranging and conducting meetings with prospective clients.
• Establishing long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Helping in searching new clients that need our services/help for their open position

Requirements :

• Min 2-3+ years work experience in Business Development.
• Have done mostly hunting (searching new clients) than farming (maintain the existing clients).
• Have worked in Headhunter/Outsourcing/Recruitment/IT companies.
• Have experience dealing with targets.
• Have proven record of acquiring new clients to work with.
