Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
• Manage, maintain and update the ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user friendly online shopping experience for customers.
• Monitor analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
• Utilize industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the ecommerce website performance.
• Create and manage, marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversion.
• Analyze data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Manage customer service inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including vendor, and service providers.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback, review, and rating to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of the ecommerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in English both, written and spoken, and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skill and experience with web analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
• Good communication and presentation skills
