Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oracle Peoplesoft implementation, customization, and enhancement
• Handle PeopleSoft HCM: Absence Management, Global Payroll, and Medical Modules Analyze user needs and its gap to system
• Custom functionality based on user needs
• Testing system
• Conduct User Training
• Making documentation (Blue Print, Functional Design, User Manual, etc)
• Doing support and maintenance to all functional modules
• Give recommendation in technical part of PeopleSoft Application, the related database and server

Requirements :

• Understand Business Concept or Business Flow of HCM (Human Capital Management)
• Having good knowledge in HRIS such a Oracle Peoplesoft
• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
• At least 2 years experience in designing and developing application
• Having good knowledge in C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET (MVC, API, Web Form), HTML, CSS, Jquery and AngularJs
• Having good technical knowledge in SQL Server, DB such as Store Procedure, Function, Trogger
• Fluent in English
• Having good communication and strong analytical skills
• Highly communicative and team player
