A Veterinary Clinic in Kuta, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Vet-Clinic Manager (Full time)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible for managing all interactions with Dinas Peternakan as well as ensuring that all necessary licenses are processed and maintained
• Assist with HR tasks, especially in the absence of the HR staff including managing employee relations
• Ensure the clinic maintains high standards of cleanliness by supervising and managing employees tasked with cleaning duties
• Oversee the receptionist staff, ensuring top-tier customer service is provided at all times
• Develop and implement strategies to drive the company’s growth and improve its operational efficiency

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven experience working as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Experience in Healthcare or veterinary services would be a plus
• Passionate about working in an environment that involves animal care
• Comfortable engaging in casual conversation to build relationships with customers and government representatives
• Ability to be assertive with staff to maintain operational standards and ensure all areas are clean and functioning
• Proactively address issues and come up with solutions without waiting for direction
• Honesty in all aspects of the job
• Comfortable with managing budgets, finances and operational costs
• Proven 5-10 years of experience in managing a team, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
• Willingness to grow and develop alongside the company
