Job Description

A Real Estate Company in Canggu, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Villa Manager (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage a team of eight staff members as well as ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
• Organize weekly staff rotations to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and responsibilities
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and high-performing team
• Ensure top-quality service for long-term tenants and Airbnb guests, maintaining a 5-star guest experience at all times
• Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs as well as ensuring smooth and seamless stays
• Monitor guest feedback and promptly resolve any complaints or issues
• Coordinate regular villa maintenance, repairs and cleaning to ensure the property remains in top condition
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise
• Oversee the ordering and purchasing of supplies needed for the villa as well as maintaining an organized inventory
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to achieve operational objectives
• Ensure compliance with all property policies and procedures while maintaining high standards
• Prepare reports for the Operations Manager on villa performance, guest satisfaction, and operational challenges

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Villa Manager or in a related position
• Proven experience managing teams with strong leadership and organizational skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of property maintenance and daily operational management in a luxury setting
• Exceptional guest service and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest complaints and challenges effectively
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and guest satisfaction
• Experience managing luxury properties including long-term tenants and short-term vacation rentals (e.g., Airbnb)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
• Proactive in anticipating potential issues and addressing them promptly
