Housekeeper

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure the rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies
• Clearly communicate with the customers to ascertain their needs and service as required
• Complete various tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Adhere to the SOPs given by the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Ensure the cleanliness of the rooms
• Alert the Housekeeping Supervisor of any repairs that are needed

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Proven 2-3 years of working experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role
• Good initiative and ability to work as a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
