Job Description

A Wellness Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Maintenance Supervisor (Full time)

Tasks Responsibilities :

• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and equipment to ensure they are fully operational and meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to reduce equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery, spa-specific equipment, and systems.
• Collaborate with spa staff to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs that directly impact customer experience and operations.
• Oversee and assist in diagnosing issues with spa-specific equipment such as massage tables, steam rooms, saunas, hydrotherapy systems, and other specialized wellness tools, ensuring timely repairs to minimize service disruptions.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and routine servicing of spa equipment, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline expectations.
• Conduct routine inspections of spa facilities, ensuring that lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all fixtures are in perfect working condition.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and health regulations, conducting regular safety audits and ensuring team members are properly trained in safety procedures.
• Handle emergency repairs and unplanned maintenance activities in spa facilities promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client services.
• Monitor and manage the maintenance department’s budget, including inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables used specifically for spa equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repair logs, and spa equipment performance.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of spa facilities, maintenance activities, and team performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and spa operations teams to support initiatives that require facility adjustments or upgrades, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen.
• Good in written and spoken English communication.
• Proven experience working as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with a focus on spa-specific equipment and facilities.
• Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing spa-specific equipment such as steam rooms, saunas, hydrotherapy systems, and massage tables.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures in maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
