Job Description

A Steakhouse Restaurant in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Waiter (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any guest inquiries
• Process orders through the POS system
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards
• Handle cash and card payments as well as providing correct change and receipts
• Set up tables, including cutlery, glassware and napkins
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area before, during and after service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Waiter or in a related position
• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset
