Job Description

A Coffee Shop Company in East Java is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Area Retail Manager (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the performance of all outlets within the East Java region as well as ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion across all outlets in the region
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to execute in-store campaigns and activations as well as enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and business development
• Establish, monitor and evaluate outlet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead and support outlet staff as well as fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with company standards and operational goals
• Provide guidance and support to outlet leadership teams to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high standards of service and product delivery
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, HR and operations to ensure alignment between regional outlets and overall company objectives
• Conduct regular visits to outlets to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational guidelines and customer service excellence.

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Retail Area Manager or in a related position
• Strong understanding of retail operations, revenue growth strategies, staff management and performance management
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple locations effectively
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies to drive business growth
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities especially in coordinating with marketing teams and senior leadership
• A results-driven leader with a passion for retail growth and innovation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with teams, stakeholders and customers
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence
• Commitment to maintaining high operational standards and driving continuous improvement
