Job Description

A Wellness Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager (Full time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the founders to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and social media strategy
• Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand identity and goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement
• Work with videographers, graphic designers and editors to create and curate unique and engaging contents (e.g., images, video, written) that tells the story of the company’s brand
• Monitor, listen and respond to followers and community members in a “social” way, building relationships and cultivating leads and sales opportunities
• Strategize, create and potentially run paid social campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that extend beyond social including billboards, email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns
• Track and analyze key performance metrics across social media platforms as well as making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach
• Work closely with the wellness team to highlight success stories and promote wellness tips that resonate with the community

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven experience working as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Expert knowledge of Instagram best practices and familiarity with other platforms such as TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Experience executing marketing campaigns outside of social media particularly billboards and working with email and WhatsApp marketing
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with a proven ability to think outside the box and produce unique content that drives engagement
• Passion for wellness and a healthy lifestyle
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
