Account Receivable Officer
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Providing legal opinion or advices on corporate issues or company’s plan related to government regulation.
• Generate A/R balancing based on bank statement.
• Validate the bank statement.
• Daily report sales.
• Manage and prepare cash flow projection.
• Follow up A/R issue.
• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipts logs and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
• Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management and cost accounting.
Requirements :
• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from reputable university.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in related field.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Good in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa), good command of written and spoken English.
• Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent in numbers and computer skills (especially Microsoft Office Excel).
• Attention to detail.
