Reservation Agent

Job Description

A Scuba Company in Ketewel, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Reservation Agent (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Take and manage bookings using Inseanq booking software
• Coordinate guest details and requirements with the Komodo and Raja Ampat teams to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email as well as addressing questions and concerns
• Send reminders to guests regarding trip plans, payments and other essential information
• Use Trello for task management and coordination

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven experience working as a Reservation Agent or in similar role
• Prior experience with any booking management system
• Strong attention to details to ensure accuracy in bookings and communications
• Ability to stay on top of multiple inquiries, bookings and follow-ups
• Comfortable working independently with remote teams
