Job Description

A Villa in Seminyak, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Housekeeper (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist guests if needed as well as ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
• Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning rooms, bathrooms and common areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene and tidiness
• Oversee and coordinate part-time workers as well as ensuring all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Be available on-site to handle cleaning duties and any guest-related needs that may arise
• Work collaboratively with part-time staff as well as ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining high service standards

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Housekeeper or in a related position
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and schedules as required
• Must have a welcoming and service-oriented attitude as well as ensuring guests have a pleasant experience
• Be comfortable engaging with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• A positive attitude, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility are key traits for this role
