Operations Manager

Job Description

A Chinese Restaurant in Berawa is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Manager (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant across all locations
• Ensure all staff adhere to established SOPs for floor and kitchen activities
• Address operational challenges and implement solutions efficiently
• Provide clear direction and support to location managers and their teams
• Foster a positive working environment to motivate and engage employees
• Recruit, train and develop team members to ensure operational excellence
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with staff while maintaining professionalism
• Monitor and maintain high standards of service and food quality
• Ensure all locations provide a consistent and excellent guest experience
• Ensure all operations comply with local health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and operational standards
• Regularly report operational updates and challenges to senior management
• Communicate effectively with location teams to align goals and expectations

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 3 years of experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position
• Preferably in the F&B industry
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with a strong understanding of people management
• Ability to manage multiple locations and work under pressure
