A Wellness Centre in Seseh Looking for Receptionist
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Proficient in managing the check-in and check-out procedures for guests
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience during the guests’ stay
• Answer phone calls and redirect the phone calls to other respective when necessary
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails
• Maintain confidential information with discretion
• Ability to assist guests with a wide range of needs (e.g. provide information about the facility, local attractions and services available)
Requirements :
• Indonesian citizen
• Proven working experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role would be a plus
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with booking systems and customer follow-up processes
• Warm, welcoming personality with a professional demeanor
• Ability to handle bookings efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
