Private Housekeeper

Job Description

A Private Family in Ubud, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Housekeeper (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping of all rooms and common areas
• Provide laundry services including washing, folding and ironing clothes and linens
• Maintain organization of closets, cabinets and storage areas
• Ensure the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces are spotless, sanitized and well-maintained.
• Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces as necessary
• Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure a neat presentation of sleeping areas
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are clean, stocked and report any need for replenishment
• Follow designated cleaning schedules and perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of the home
• Respond to any special requests from the homeowner as directed
• Assist with the pets, including feeding the dogs and cats during meal times
• Proactively clean walls and areas that may have mold using natural products

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 10 years of experience working as a Housekeeper or in a related position
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing techniques, equipment and supplies
• Ability to work efficiently and independently, with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending and lifting
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills especially in responding to homeowner requests
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the homeowner
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Cannot be allergic to or frightened by cats and dogs
• Experience in luxury villas
