Itinerary Consultant

Job Description

A Luxury Travel Agency in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Itinerary Consultant (Full time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with a Travel Designer to assist with the coordination and operations of trips, from initial quotes to final confirmations as well as providing customer service, on-the-ground support and post-trip follow-up
• Communicate with suppliers across Indonesia to ensure services align with company guidelines and quality standards
• Take responsibility for preparing accurate quotes as well as ensuring data accuracy and offering clients high-quality experiences at good value
• Confirm bookings for hotels, tours, activities, transportation and other travel and concierge services
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate information on all confirmed services for smooth trip execution
• Finalize detailed itineraries, ensuring all information and documentation are accurate and presented in line with the company’s voice
• Assist with other operational tasks as needed
• Potentially take responsibility for the company’s emergency phone number on a rotational basis

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Spanish communication
• Proven of working experience as an Itinerary Consultant or in a similar role
• A passion for travel and a genuine curiosity for different cultures
• Creativity, resourcefulness and initiative in trip planning
• Ability to quickly solve problems, make decisions under pressure and find new solutions when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, communicate clearly and build trust with clients and partners
• Proficiency in managing trip costs with composure and reliability
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Proven track record in hospitality, events or travel with a commitment to delivering excellent service and exceeding expectations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Highly detail-oriented, energetic and proactive in finding and presenting solutions
• A desire to grow in the travel industry with a career progression plan available for the right candidate
