An Essential Oil in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Shop Assistant (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily shop operations as well as ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
• Supervise and support the retail assistant in maintaining store efficiency
• Monitor and manage inventory levels as well as ensuring stock is well-maintained and replenished as needed
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales and enhance customer experience
• Operate and manage the MOCA cashier program for sales transactions and reporting
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing retail space
• Engage with customers as well as providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail best practices

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Senior Shop Assistant or in a related position
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Passion for essential oils, therapeutic products and organic natural goods
• Articulate, personable, and customer-focused approach
