Job Description

A Real Estate Company in Canggu, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Butler (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, including bedrooms, living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms and common areas
• Ensure all surfaces, furniture and fixtures are cleaned to the highest standard
• Manage the organization of household items to ensure everything is in its proper place
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothing, bed linens and towels.
• Coordinate with professional external laundry services when needed
• Maintain an efficient laundry schedule to prevent backlog
• Conduct daily inspections for maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, appliances)
• Report any faults or damages immediately and coordinate with the maintenance team for necessary repairs
• Provide courteous and professional service to residents and guests, attending to small errands such as shopping, booking reservations or arranging transportation
• Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly as well as maintaining the highest level of discretion and • confidentiality
• Monitor stock levels of household essentials such as toiletries, cleaning products and kitchen supplies as well as ensuring timely replenishment
• Assist with personal tasks, including light personal shopping and running errands
• Serve meals and beverages when required as well as ensuring impeccable presentation and service

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen
• Excellent communication in English
• Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Butler or in a related position
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to efficiently perform a range of duties including laundry, cleaning and light maintenance
• Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude and a strong sense of discretion
• Knowledge of proper etiquette and luxury service standards
