Job Description

A Luxury Women’s Retreat in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Community and Content Engagement Specialist (Full-time, Hybrid)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Plan, create and schedule captivating content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook to connect with and grow the Company’s audience
• Foster a sense of sisterhood within the Company’s online communities by organizing challenges, responding to comments and encouraging meaningful conversations
• Develop bi-monthly newsletters, announcements and special offers that resonate with the Company’s audience and drive engagement
• Write compelling and on-brand copy for blog posts, social media and newsletters to engage and inspire the Company’s audience
• Use Canva to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, email assets and promotional materials
• Monitor engagement metrics, report on performance and adjust content strategies to improve audience connection and engagement

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Proven experience working as a Community and Content Engagement Specialist or in a related position
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand copy
• Basic design proficiency with Canva or similar tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Passion for wellness, travel and women’s empowerment
• Self-motivated, organized and adaptable with a positive attitude
