Job Description

A Fitness and Wellness Company in Seseh, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing and Creative Manager (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement and support membership growth.
• Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and in-center promotions as well as ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Lead the creation of consistent, compelling brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
• Manage the production of high-quality content, including photography, videography, graphic design and copywriting to showcase the Company experience.
• Collaborate with external agencies, designers and content creators to develop standout marketing assets.
• Oversee the strategy and management of the website, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
• Optimize digital touch points to deliver a seamless online experience for members and prospects.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with influencers, local businesses and media outlets to amplify brand visibility.
• Plan and execute co-branded initiatives, events and promotions that align with the brand’s values and goals.
• Define KPIs for all marketing initiatives and measure success through data analysis and reporting tools.
• Recruit, train and manage a marketing team as well as fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members as well as ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and goals.

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a Marketing and Creative Manager in a related position preferably within Fitness, Wellness or Hospitality industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or in a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and sales strategies
• Expertise in brand building, digital marketing and creative strategy
• Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills
• Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
