Job Description

A Wellness Company in Cemagi is looking for a Cafe Supervisor

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Coordinate with the Café Manager to manage inventory, order supplies and maintain stock levels
• Supervise café staff during shifts as well as providing guidance and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively
• Assist in training new employees and conducting ongoing training to maintain service standards
• Ensure that all customers receive prompt and friendly service, addressing any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor the dining area to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared according to the café’s standards of quality and presentation
• Monitor the consistency of products served, providing feedback to staff to maintain high standards
• Assist with daily cash handling procedures, including cash register reconciliation and deposits
• Ensure that all health, safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to within the café
• Serve as a point of contact between the café staff and management, ensuring clear communication regarding expectations and procedures

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven experience working as a Café Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a positive customer experience
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of financial management including cash handling and cost control
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
