E-Commerce Manager

Job Description

A Yoga Clothing Store in Canggu, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic E-commerce Manager (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Act as the in-house expert on Shopify as well as utilizing its features to drive eCommerce success.
• Stay updated on Shopify trends, updates and tools to maintain a competitive edge
• Optimize Shopify apps, themes and integrations for enhanced functionality and user experience
• Use Shopify analytics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and growth
• Set and monitor KPIs for website performance (e.g., conversion rates, AOV)
• Ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly and SEO-optimized
• Identify and resolve friction points as well as improving UI/UX based on design principles and user psychology
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
• Implement sales strategies, promotions and discounts to boost revenue
• Evaluate and integrate eCommerce tools and applications for operational enhancement
• Monitor key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates and site speed
• Apply design principles to create functional and visually appealing layout
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for seamless product fulfillment

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as an E-commerce Manager or in a related position
• Expertise in Shopify and a keen eye for e-commerce trends
• Strong analytical skills to guide project decisions and improve product sales
• Strategic thinking to move projects forward effectively
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and other programming languages would be a plus
