Job Description

A Villa Development Property in Uluwatu, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Interior Designer (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and present creative interior design concepts for new villa projects
• Create detailed design plans including floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings
• Select and source materials, furniture and accessories that align with design concepts and budget constraints
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials and technologies to continuously improve design offerings
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences and budget
• Provide design consultations and present design proposals to clients
• Ensure client satisfaction by incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to designs
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
• Oversee the installation and implementation of design elements as well as ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously as well as ensuring all deadlines are met

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication
• Proven at least 2 years of working experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role preferably with a focus on residential or hospitality projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or in a related field would be a plus
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning and color theory
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Familiarity with Mediterranean and Tropical design elements would be a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
