Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Assist Pastry Chef in all USPH issues and regulations
• Follow opening and closing procedures for all kitchens and productio areas
• Assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, crèmes, showpieces, displays, ice cream, sorbets as well as special request items when needed
• Work independently during night shift
• Ensure Disney Cruise Line and USPH Sanitation requirements are met in his / her area of responsibility
Requirements :
• Minimum four years’ experience in the culinary field
• Certified Pastry Cook or equivalent degree in culinary arts
• Proficient in Food Safety and HACCP or USPH procedures
• Female preferred
