Learning Specialist (Tangerang)

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Entire training process.
• Carrying out the evaluation of training and learning process.
• Coordinate with divisions/departments related to the implementation of Training Need Analysis.
• Create training reports and analysis.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from any major.
• Having min. 3-4 years experiences in the same field, especially in Manufacture industry. Max age 35 years old.
• Having experience as a Trainer.
• Having a good public speaking and analytical thinking skills.
• Able to use Ms. Office (Excel & Power Point).
• Having a SIM A driving license is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
