Front Office Manager – Aryaduta Manado
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• The position is responsible for managing the operations of the Front Office Department by ensuring quality standards are met and that the optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the hotel and Aryaduta business objectives. Responsible, together with the Human resources department, for ensuring team member selection, training, counseling, and recognition programs are adhered to; in order to maximize guest satisfaction, and brand and team member satisfaction.
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited college or university majoring in Tourism/Hotel Management or any other related major
• Minimum 2 years experiences in related role
• Fluent in English written and verbal communication
• Well-versed in Front Office operating systems, EDC machines, cashiering ang Guest Management System applications.
• Leadership, problem-solving, customer service and organizational skills
• Effective communicator and good collaborator
