Accountant – Kerobokan, Bali

Job Description

A Fashion Industry Company in Canggu is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finance Accountant and Tax Manager (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

1. Process and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank statements.
• Execute all Payments
• Reconcile bank accounts weekly
• Manage petty cash.
• Assist with expense reports and reimbursements.

2. Monthly and Yearly Reporting :
• Perform weekly and monthly budget control
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Close the books monthly and annually.
• Generate reports for management and stakeholders.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.

3. Compliance :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records according to Indonesian and US accounting standards and regulations.
• Work with external auditors to ensure compliance during audits. c. Stay informed of changes in Indonesian and US tax laws and regulations.

4. Taxation
• Manage monthly Payroll tax reporting for Indonesia and US
• Manage Sales Tax Reporting for Indonesia and US
• Prepare Monthly and Annual Tax returns for all entities (Indonesia, Singapore, US)

Requirements :

• Report tax
• Basic English (daily conversation level) is fine, but fluent in english is plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in an international company.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero(they using xero atm).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of US and/or Singaporean accounting practices (plus).
