General Admin – Kerobokan
Job Description
A Surfing Product Company in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic General Admin (Full-time)
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Respond to emails and maintain professional communication with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (BOL)
• Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation
• Track shipments and address any issues related to international logistics
• Manage stock levels and inventory records
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely restocking
• Use tools like Shopify or QuickBooks to track and manage product inventory
• Assist with tasks related to establishing and organizing the PT in Bali
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and support necessary documentation
• Use and maintain proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Shopify and social media platforms
• Support social media management for business promotions
• Assist with preparing marketing materials and managing customer engagement
Requirements :
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a General Admin or in a related position
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and inventory management
• Experience with tools like QuickBooks and Shopify would be a plus
• Computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new software quickly
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
