Job Description

A Villa in Uluwatu, Bali looking for a talented and enthusiastic Villa Manager (Bali Based, Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the villa, ensuring all services meet the standards
• Lead and manage the villa staff, including hiring, training and conducting performance evaluations
• Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) focused on cleanliness, guest experience and overall villa excellence
• Produce monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the senior management team
• Ensure all guests receive a personalized and exceptional luxury experience from check-in to check-out
• Promptly and professionally address and resolve any guest issues or complaints
• Continuously seek feedback from guests to enhance services and facilities as well as aiming to secure 5-star reviews
• Strive to create memorable and unique guest experiences that stand out in the luxury hospitality market
• Manage the villa’s budget, monitor expenses and ensure financial targets are met
• Oversee inventory management, procurement and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize revenue and costs based on financial reports
• Prepare and submit monthly financial and operational reports to senior management
• Ensure the villa and its facilities are maintained to the highest standards and meet all safety regulations
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors for repairs and upkeep of the property
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, maintaining all necessary certifications and licenses

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication
• Proven working experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures for luxury guest experiences
• Exceptional attention to details and a commitment to excellence
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with high-profile guests
• Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, financial reporting and inventory management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali
