Leasing Deputy General Manager – ASG Tower

Job Description

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or any related degree
• Min. 7 years of working experience in Leasing or Commercial in Mall Industry
• Proficient knowledge of Mall, Real Estate Industry, and current market conditions
• Strong at analyzing and developing marketing and sales strategies
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to build good cooperation with tenants
• Having a pleasant personality & service-oriented
• Having excellent Leadership, Analytical, Problem Solving, Communication, and Negotiation Skill
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to be placed at ASG Tower – North Jakarta
