Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor legislation.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with HR Information Systems and a track record of implementing HR best practices.
• Having worked for a hotel operator is an advantage.
