Public Relation Specialist – Bintaro

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance ALVA’s brand presence and reputation in the automotive industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, especially those focused on motorcycles and the automotive sector
• Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials
• Respond promptly to media inquiries, and coordinate interviews and press events
• Monitor media coverage, tracking mentions and industry trends, and generate reports
• Assist in content creation, including blogs, articles, and social media posts, to support ALVA’s messaging
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR strategies align with business objectives
• Organize and manage events, such as press conferences, product launches, and media briefings
• Adapt to changes in the media landscape, adjusting PR strategies as needed
• Work effectively under tight deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed quickly with high quality

Requirements :

• An enthusiastic game changer with a positive mindset
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public relations
• Preferably with a background in Agency, Lifestyle, Startups, or the Automotive industry
• Experienced in collaborating with various stakeholders, both with and without agencies
• Strong presentation skills in English
